Description

Young people who participate in a full PADI Open Water Diver course become Junior Open Water Divers after certification and can dive with some age-related limitations:

Junior Open Water Divers aged 10-11 can dive only if accompanied by a PADI Professional or a certified parent/guardian, and cannot exceed a depth of 12 meters.
Junior Open Water Divers aged 12-14 must dive with a certified adult (those over 13 years old can participate in the Open Water Diver online course)

Course Duration:
Minimum of five pool dives and four open water dives to be held at the lake or sea (Optional).
Maximum of 2 dives allowed in 1 day.

Prerequisites for PADI Junior Open Water Diver course:

- Participants must be at least 10 years old
- Authorization from parents or guardians
- Medical certificate of fitness for non-competitive scuba diving activity
- Fair swimming skills to be assessed during the course

Course Program:
A theory part is carried out through independent study, viewing a DVD, a presentation by the PADI Instructor, and a minimum of five pool dives and four open water dives to be held at the lake or sea (Optional). Theory exam.

Educational Materials:

Open Water Diver Manual, DVD, and logbook for recording training and dives, included in the course cost.

Required Equipment: Mask, snorkel, boots, fins, weight system, wetsuit, dive computer, BCD, regulators, included in the course cost and provided for the duration of the course subject to the availability of the school's equipment park.

Course Cost:
400 Euro, including educational materials, equipment, PADI certification fees, and open water dives at the lake.
Pool entry fees, transfers, boat/dinghy trips, and any overnight stays for sea trips are excluded.

The successful completion of your Junior Open Water Diver course will allow you to access various advanced courses, such as Junior Advanced Open Water Diver, to increase your diving skills in different diving environments.
