NEOPRENE BOOT REPLACEMENT FOR DRYSUIT - TECCNA 2.0

The TECCNA 2.0 neoprene boots for drysuits are available in multiple sizes.

The listed price is for a **pair** of neoprene boots.

Replacement Process:

• Removal of the old boot
• Cleaning glue residues with specific products
• Gluing
• Sealing or taping (depending on the suit)

The replacement cost does not include the package pickup and return shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. If you wish to use our partner courier pickup service, contact us.

How Our Courier Pickup Works:

When the customer informs us that the package is ready, we will schedule a pickup through our partner courier and send the shipping label to be printed and attached to the package.
Equipment must be well-packed and adequately protected for transport.
We are not responsible for any damages caused during transport unless the customer purchases insurance coverage (available upon request).
A specific pickup time cannot be scheduled, as it depends on the courier’s route.
The package may be collected between 9 AM and 6 PM, so the customer (or a representative) must be available during this time frame.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These conditions are an integral part of the repair contract between MOMODIVE and the final customer.
To access the maintenance service, a feasibility pre-evaluation is required. We will only proceed with the service if we can guarantee the repair. If the product cannot be repaired, all costs except shipping fees will be refunded.
The customer must deliver the product to be serviced complete with all its parts.
If we proceed with the repair but necessary parts are missing, the product will be returned to the customer with shipping costs deducted.
All delivered equipment is tested and checked before returning to exclude any issues.
It is the customer’s responsibility to recheck the repaired equipment before any dive, trip, or use.
No refunds will be given for rentals made as a replacement for personal equipment.
The maintenance cost is a fixed fee and does not include the repair of additional damaged parts.
If the repair estimate cannot be met due to hidden damages, we will contact you to decide whether to proceed with the repair.
If you do not accept the new estimate, we will return the product in its current state without additional charges.
Equipment pickup is mandatory on the agreed date. After 15 days of storage, a fee of €6.00 (VAT included) per additional week will be charged. After 3 months of storage, MOMODIVE reserves the right to sell the equipment and any related items to recover labor and storage costs.
Repair and shipping costs must be paid in advance, while any additional repairs must be paid upon confirmation of the new estimate. We will not deliver the goods until the balance for the work performed has been paid.
