AQUASURE MACNETT 250 GR

Aquasure permanently bonds, seals and waterproofs hundreds of materials.

This unique formula is the industry standard for maximum bond strength, abrasion resistance, flexibility and waterproofing.

Physically, Aquasure is a high viscosity gel that cures to an extremely elastic, clear urethane rubber. 

Aquasure is ideal for bonding neoprenes, fabrics, latex, trilaminates, PVC, Hypalon, natural and synthetic leather, foams, composites and many plastics.

This specialized formula is ideal for sealing stitching and reinforcing high stress areas on wet suits, dry suits, Hypalon and PVC boats and hundreds of other items.

Aquasure also makes an ideal abrasion patch for high wear areas such as knees, seats and luggage bottoms.

For most applications the surface to be treated need only be clean.

For new materials and difficult bonding surfaces such as latex, vinyls and composites, prepare the surface by wiping with solvent (such as Cotol-240) and abrading with sandpaper or other suitable abrasive.

Aquasure will cure to full strength in 8 to 12 hours.

To speed cure time to 2 hours, premix 1 part Cotol-240 ( Not supplied ) with 2 or 3 parts Aquasure before applying.
