Physically, Aquasure is a high-viscosity gel that cures to an extremely elastic, clear urethane rubber.

Recommended Applications

Application Instructions

For most applications, the surface only needs to be clean and dry.

For new materials and difficult surfaces (like latex, vinyls, and composites), prepare by wiping with a solvent (e.g., Cotol-240) and lightly sanding.

Aquasure cures to full strength in 8 to 12 hours.

To speed up curing to 2 hours, premix 1 part Cotol-240 (not supplied) with 2–3 parts Aquasure before applying.
