How the Pocket is Installed

• Secure stitching of the pocket.
• Internal waterproof sealing.

Note: The installation cost does not include pickup and return shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. If you wish to use our partnered courier service, contact us.

Package Pickup Handling via Our Courier

Once the client informs us that the package is ready, we will schedule the pickup through our partnered courier and provide a shipping label that must be printed and attached to the package.

• Equipment must be properly packed and protected for transport.
• We are not responsible for transport damage unless the client purchases an insurance policy (available upon request at an additional cost).
• Pickup times cannot be specified and generally occur between 9 AM and 6 PM.
• The client (or a representative) must be available during the entire pickup window.

Terms and Conditions

The following conditions form an integral part of the repair contract between MOMODIVE and the end client:

• A feasibility assessment is required before proceeding with the installation service.
• The client must provide a complete dry suit with all necessary components.
• If essential parts for operation or inspection are missing, the dry suit will be returned at the client’s expense.
• All dry suits undergo testing and inspection before returning to the client.
• The client is responsible for checking the functionality of the repaired equipment before any dive, trip, or use.
• No refunds will be issued for rental equipment used as a replacement.
• Repair costs are calculated as a flat fee and do not include additional repairs for hidden damages.
• If extra repairs are required, we will contact the client for approval before proceeding.
• Equipment must be collected on the agreed date. A storage fee of €6.00 (VAT included) per additional week will be charged after 15 days.
• After three months of storage, MOMODIVE reserves the right to sell the equipment to recover storage and labor costs.
• Payment for repairs and shipping must be made in advance. Additional repair costs must be settled before returning the equipment.
