LED SOLARIS NextGen - Quality and Performance

Consistent Quality and Improved Performance

LED SOLARIS NextGen is a primary universal underwater torch, designed to withstand the most extreme underwater environments, emitting up to 4500 lumens of focused light in a 6-degree beam, surrounded by diffused brightness around the central beam. LED SOLARIS NextGen features a robust aluminum design, providing protection against shocks and scratches, significant depth resistance, and an ergonomic design that makes it comfortable to use.

Performance and Comfort

LED SOLARIS NextGen delivers up to 4500 lumens of light at maximum power. It also offers three lighting levels: BOOST, OPERATIONAL, and BACKUP, to preserve battery life and adjust brightness levels, eliminating glare in murky waters. The light's autonomy depends on the chosen level.

Durability and Reliability

It is made of hard anodized marine aluminum, making it resistant to corrosion, shocks, and scratches. The power button is made of a lightweight but very strong and durable polymer (Delrin®). The 6 mm front lens is highly resistant tempered glass. This device allows safe diving up to a depth of 200 meters.

Part of the Modular System

Thanks to its modular construction, you can configure the cable lighting set according to your needs. All cable torches, cables, batteries, and heating batteries are equipped with the same chinch-type connector, which has not changed for years. Therefore, when a part wears out or you simply want to upgrade it, there are no obstacles. The modularity also impacts ease of use and safety. For example, you can change a broken cable directly on the spot without having to send the device to the service center.

Compact Design

The rugged hard anodized aluminum alloy casing measures only 117 mm in length and 61 mm in diameter. Despite its exceptional toughness, it weighs only 340 g (130 g in water), making it easy to handle, whether by hand or with one of the Ammonite System Goodman handles, offering great flexibility.

Additional Protection and Status Signaling

The electronics in the torch head monitor the battery status. The internal microchip system signals a low battery level with a strobe flash and automatically switches to "take me home" mode (with light output at 20% intensity) when the battery is low. LED SOLARIS NextGen remains in this mode regardless of the switch position until the battery is recharged.

"Take Me Home" Mode

"Take me home" is a backup mode that cable torches switch to when the battery is low. The light will continue to operate for at least 1 hour or more, depending on the light and battery used. The torch will only operate in "take me home" mode until the battery is recharged.
