BCD MAINTENANCE HUB MARES JACKET

How the review is performed:


• complete disassembly of the inflation unit and valves
• visual analysis of each component
• cleaning from oils, limestone, oxides, etc…, with specific products and in an ultrasonic tank.
• replacement of all components present in the manufacturer's maintenance kit.
• All parts that show wear out of tolerance or damage from corrosion, misuse, or age: valves, corrugated pipes, etc. etc. will be charged separately.
• lubrication of the o-rings and moving parts (as indicated by the manufacturer)
• reassembly of parts
• hydrostatic seal test
• Processing performed using the simsi covid 19 protocol

IF THERE ARE ANY EXTRA PARTS, NOT INCLUDED IN THE MAINTENANCE KIT, WHICH SHOW WEAR OR DAMAGE, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE INFORMED TIMELY

The cost of the revision does not include the costs of collecting the package from the customer neither return cost that will be calculated at checkout.

How collection and return of the package (shipment) works :

How the parcel is collected by our courier:

When the customer informs us that the package is ready we will arrange booking collection through our partner courier and to send you the waybill that he will have to print and paste on the package. Equipment must be well packed and adequately protected for transportation. We are not liable for any damage caused during transport unless the customer decides to purchase insurance coverage (which will be charged separately - ask us if you need it). It is not possible to establish a precise time for collect or delivery they varies according to the areas and the courier's tour. The package can be picked up or delivered in a variable time windows between 9 and 18 therefore the customer (or whoever for him) must be present for the entire time slot.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These conditions are an integral part of the maintenance contract between MOMODIVE and the end customer.
To access the maintenance service under warranty it is necessary to deliver the original receipt or purchase invoice.
A pre-feasibility assessment is required to access the maintenance service.
We agree to proceed with the service only if we are able to guarantee you the job.
If it is not possible to repair the product, all costs will be refunded except for shipping costs.
It will be the customer's responsibility to deliver the product to be overhauled complete with all its parts. In the event that we have to carry out maintenance in the absence of parts necessary for the operation / control of the product, the product will be returned to the customer, and we will refund maintenance cost but not shipping costs.
All the equipment delivered is bench tested and checked in the tank to rule out any problems. However, it is the customer's responsibility to check the operation of the overhauled equipment again before any dive or trip.
No sum will be refunded for any rentals made to replace your equipment.
The cost of maintenance is calculated at a flat rate, and includes the complete disassembly of the equipment, washing in the ultrasonic tank with a specific solution, replacement of the manufacturer's original maintenance kit. It does not include the replacement of damaged specific extra parts.
In the event that the cost estimate is not respected due to faults not visible at first sight, we will contact you to evaluate whether to continue with the maintenance. If you do not accept the new quote, we will return the disassembled product to you without charging you any cost for the maintenance and labor kit. If, on the other hand, you wish to receive the product not repaired but reassembled we will charge you the costs.
The collection of the equipment is mandatory for the agreed day. After this deadline, after 15 days of storage, € 6.00 (VAT included) will be charged for each additional week. After 3 months of storage, Momodive reserves the right to sell the equipment and anything else connected to it to recover the processing and storage costs. Payment for maintenance and shipping costs must be paid in advance while any extra components must be paid upon confirmation of the new estimate.
We will not deliver the goods except for the balance of the work performed.
