• What is the difference between transit times and preparation times?

  Transit times refer to the period required for the package to be delivered after being handed over to the courier. Preparation times refer to the processing of the order before shipping.

• When is an order shipped if the products are available?

  If the product is "available," the order is processed the same day if placed before 12 AM. If the courier has already collected, shipping will take place the next day.

• What does "Available on preorder" mean?

  It means that you need to wait for the product to be manufactured or shipped by the supplier before receiving it.

• What does "Shipped in 3-5 days" mean?

  The product is not immediately available but will be shipped by the supplier shortly. In case of delays, we will inform the customer promptly.

• What does "Check Delivery Times" mean?

  If you see this label, please contact us for detailed information on delivery times.

• Orders with products of different availability

  We usually ship the order when all products are available. If you prefer separate shipments, an additional cost may apply.

• I received the tracking information, but the link does not work. Why?
  The tracking link is activated as soon as the shipment is processed by the courier. Sometimes, it may take a few hours before it becomes fully operational. We recommend trying again later or the following day for more detailed information.
• Can I purchase without VAT if I am outside the European Union?

  Yes! All customers with a shipping address outside the European Union can purchase products without VAT

• Are there additional costs for shipments outside the EU?
  Yes, it is important to know that any customs duties, local VAT, and other import charges are the responsibility of the recipient. These costs vary based on the regulations of the destination country and must be paid directly to customs or the courier upon delivery.
• How can I find out if I need to pay duties and taxes in my country?
  We recommend checking with your local customs office to get information on applicable duties for international purchases.
• I am a business based in the European Union. Can I purchase without VAT?
  Yes, businesses with a VAT number registered in the VIES system can purchase VAT-free (intra-community transaction).
• What do I need to do to purchase without VAT?
  1. Register on our website as a company and enter your details.
  2. Provide a valid European VAT number.
  3. Let us know once you complete the registration. Our team will verify the VAT number in the VIES system.
  4. Once its validity is confirmed, your account will be enabled for VAT-exempt purchases.
  5. You will be able to finalize your order without VAT, provided that the shipment is made to an EU member country.
• Can I ship my order to a non-EU country with VAT exemption?
  No, VAT-exempt purchases for EU businesses are only valid if the shipment is within the European Union.

• Do I need to provide any additional information for customs clearance?
  Yes, to proceed with the processing of your order and avoid any customs clearance issues, we kindly ask you to provide us with your Personal Customs Clearance Code or, alternatively, your ID number.
