The test cost does not include the shipping and return fees, which will be calculated at checkout. If you wish to use our courier service, contact us.

Package pick-up management through our courier

Once the package is confirmed ready, we will schedule the pick-up with our courier and send you the shipping label to print and attach to the package. Equipment must be properly packed and protected for transport. We are not responsible for any damage during transport unless the customer opts for additional insurance coverage (to be arranged separately).

The pick-up will occur within a time slot between 9 AM and 6 PM. Therefore, the customer (or their representative) must be available throughout the entire time slot.

Terms and Conditions

The following conditions are an integral part of the maintenance contract between MOMODIVE and the final customer:

• To access the warranty service, the original receipt or invoice must be presented.
• The test service is subject to a feasibility pre-evaluation. If the test cannot be performed, all costs except shipping will be refunded.
• The customer must deliver the product complete with all its parts (seals, zippers, etc.). If necessary parts are missing, the product will be returned to the customers with shipping costs at their expense, unless they request replacement/repair of the missing parts first.
• Momodive is not responsible for degraded components that may fail during the test.
• The customer is responsible for verifying the functionality of the equipment before any dive or trip. No refunds will be provided for rental equipment used as a replacement.
• The test cost does not include the repair of damaged parts. In the case of initially undetectable faults, the customer will be contacted to approve any additional repair costs.
• The equipment must be collected on the agreed date. After 15 days of storage, a fee of €6.00 (VAT included) will be applied for each subsequent week. After 3 months, MOMODIVE reserves the right to sell the equipment to cover processing and storage costs.

Payment for maintenance and shipping must be made in advance. Extra repairs must be settled upon approval of the estimate. Goods will only be delivered after full payment of the work performed.
